Hisense is offering discounts across its U6 Pro series ahead of Prime Day, with the 100-inch model seeing the biggest price cut—it’s currently available for $2,099.99, down from $3,499.99 and the lowest price we’ve seen on it so far, according to price trackers. The rest of the lineup, including the 85-inch, 75-inch, 65-inch, and 55-inch sizes are discounted as well. In fact, dropping down to the still-massive 85-inch model saves you $1,000, making it worth considering if you’re trying to balance screen size and budget.

Beyond its size, the U6 Pro’s Mini-LED backlighting and local dimming help improve contrast, making bright highlights stand out without washing out darker scenes. Colors also look richer than they do on many standard LED TVs, and support for Dolby Vision IQ, HDR10+, and Filmmaker Mode gives you multiple ways to watch movies and streaming content. Sports fans and gamers may appreciate the TV’s native 144Hz refresh rate (which keeps fast-moving action looking smoother than a standard 60Hz TV) along with VRR, ALLM, and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro. Audio gets more attention than usual, too, with its built-in 2.1-channel audio system and integrated subwoofer delivering more bass than most TVs manage on their own, though for a screen this big, you may eventually want a soundbar.
While Mini-LED technology has improved over the last few years, it doesn’t quite reach the pixel-level black control that OLED TVs can achieve in a completely dark room. Wall mounting could also require a little planning since some of the ports face straight back instead of to the side. Still, if your goal is maximum screen size without venturing into the price range of premium OLEDs or projector setups, the U6 Pro makes a strong case for itself—a 100-inch Mini-LED TV with a native 144Hz panel for just over $2,000 is not something you see very often.
