Prime Day is June 23 to 26, and Lifehacker is sharing the best sales based on product reviews, comparisons, and price-tracking tools before it’s over.

A lot of companies lower their prices for Prime Day, but let’s face it: Amazon saves its deepest price cuts for its own devices. If you’ve been holding out on upgrading your streaming setup, choosing an e-reader, or investing in smart glasses—and you don’t mind being in the Amazon ecosystem—now is the time to pull the trigger: I’ve combed through what’s on offer to highlight the best bargains and separate the minor markdowns from the all-time lows on Amazon devices.

Amazon Kindle Paperwhite Signature Edition Prime Day deal

Original price: $199.99 | Current price: $144.99 (Save $55)

Regarded by many as the best all-around e-reader, Amazon Kindle Paperwhite Signature Edition is on sale for its lowest price ever: $144.99, down from $199. It features a larger screen than the regular edition, as well as temperature-adjustable lighting, twice as much storage, water resistance, better battery life, and, oh, the Signature Edition has no lock screen ads. (For more of the best Prime Day deals on e-readers, check out our roundup.)

Amazon 4K Max Fire Stick Prime Day deal

Original price: $59.99 | Current price: $34.99 (Save $25)

If you need an easy-to-set-up, quality streaming device, an Amazon’s 4K Max Fire Stick is perfect. The newest model supports AI-powered Fire TV Search, Wi-Fi 6E, and hands-free Alexa search, and it’s on sale for $34.99. It can stream XBox games, comes with 16GB of storage, and it streams 4K Ultra HD video.

55″ Amazon Fire TV Prime Day deal

Original price: $499.99 | Current price: $279.99 (Save $220)

I bought a 55″ Amazon Fire TV a few months ago, and I paid about $100 more. It’s worth it at the higher price, but getting a full 55-inch 4K HDR panel for under $280 is a ridiculously good deal. This is also a good time to buy a TV—for complicated reasons, the price of all televisions are likely to go up in the coming years, so we might not be seeing deals this good at next year’s Prime Day sale. (For more Prime Day television deals, check out our round-up.)

Blink Mini 2 Prime Day deal

Original price: $39.99 | Current price: $12.99 (Save $27)

If you’re looking for an inexpensive home security camera, you’re unlikely to find anything better than a Blink Mini 2 for less than the cost of a large pizza. For $12.99, you get a 1080p HD live view you can access from your phone, color night view with a built-in spotlight, and two-way audio.

Amazon Fire TV Soundbar Plus Prime Day deal

Original price: $249.99 | Current price: $144.99 (Save $105)

Built-in television speakers are notoriously tinny, and setting up a surround sound system is a pain. The answer: A soundbar. The markdown on the Amazon Fire TV Soundbar Plus is the biggest discount running on Amazon’s current home audio lineup. The “Plus” model features wider acoustic depth and punchier bass than the standard soundbar, including an all-important subwoofer. You don’t even have to have an Amazon TV to use it. This plug-and-play upgrade to your media setup is just over $140.

Carrera smart glasses with Alexa Prime Day deal

Original price: $389.99 | Current price: $99 (Save $290)

If you like the audio and AI features of Ray-Ban Metas but you’re not so keen on the generic look (or being a walking privacy invasion), these Carrera Smart Glasses may be for you. Amazon has marked them down 74%, to $99.99. Carrera is a high-end Italian eyewear company that’s been making top-quality fashionable sunglasses and racing goggles since 1956, so these would be a bargain even if they didn’t feature audio, AI integration, and Alexa controls. (For more Prime Day deals on smart glasses, check out my round-up.)

Amazon Echo Spot Prime Day deal

Original price: $79.99 | Current price: $44.99 (Save $35)

The Amazon Echo Spot is more than a high-tech alarm clock. It features a responsive visual interface that feeds you weather conditions, cooking timers, album art, and more at a glance. It also features surprisingly robust sound, and yes, an alarm. Not bad for $45. The 2026 version is notable for what it doesn’t include, too: a camera. I you’re worried about privacy in your bedroom or den, it won’t take your picture.

Looking for something else? Retailers like Walmart and Best Buy run Prime Day-style sales that are especially useful if you don’t have Amazon Prime.
